No. This is coaching and education. I don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe or adjust medications, order labs, or provide medical nutrition therapy. I work alongside your healthcare team to help you turn their recommendations into realistic, sustainable daily actions.
That’s exactly what we plan for. We’ll adapt your strategy to each phase—titration, maintenance, or discontinuation—so you have clear guidance for appetite changes, side effects, and weight fluctuations.
Plan for about 60–90 minutes per week between sessions, reflections, and practicing new habits. Some weeks will be lighter, others a bit more intensive depending on your goals and life schedule.
No. We are unable to bill for HSA/FSA funds at this time.
